What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. (Make sure you enter in an email)

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to let you know, as well as the link to track your order (If the delivery method you paid/chose allows it).

CHECK ORDER STATUS. Tap the online chat in the bottom corner, and select ”Order Status”.

CLAIM ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Tap the online chat in the bottom corner, and select ”Order Not Recieved”.

CHECK HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN. Tap the online chat in the bottom corner, and select ”Business week calc”.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. This means you have 24 hours to do so, otherwise, please place a new order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through Instagram, including your 4-digit order number and name.

my order was not received, what now?

There are several reasons as to why a package could not be received:

  1. Weather - Several weather conditions may delay your shipping. This includes anything that may make the delivery route unusable or cause long delays.

  2. Holidays - Federal holidays. Packages may be delivered late if a national holiday occurs.

  3. Wrong Address - If an address verification is incorrect or a courier misreads a label, a package could end up at the wrong house.

  4. Failed delivery attempt- If the recipient is not available to receive the package during the delivery window, the delivery attempt can fail.

  5. Lost packages - Occasionally, packages are lost during the delivery process. This can occur for a variety of reasons, including mishandling or theft

  6. Restricted Access - The address might be available, but it may still be inaccessible to the delivery personnel. Renovations, car accidents, or road construction

If your order # was posted (on Instagram) or you received a confirmation email saying it was shipped, and still hasn’t arrived within 3-5 days, you have a 10-day window (from the date shipped, not after the business days) to fill out our online form, link in instagram bio, and contact us. If you’re not fond of the solutions given, then it becomes your responsibility to then contact your PO / carrier for lost packages.

If your package was undelivered, BUT, we posted it as returned via our Instagram story, and you’re within the timeframe to claim it, claim the package!! But, you will be responsible for paying to have it reshipped, unless offered by us.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK and Germany.

For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through Instagram.

To ship to these regions, please adjust your Country and Shipping address during Checkout.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process (collecting payment, purchasing materials, and assigning your order to a member).

After that, Please allow 2-6 business weeks for your order to be made, & shipped out. These items are handmade by me, & a few others on my team! When purchasing these items, you fully understand that the wait may be a bit longer than a, already made product (Like on sites such as Amazon or Shein). Especially when orders are high in volume!

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Google Pay.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD, and EUR.

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD, or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

We accept 3-4 times payment thanks to our partner Shop Pay Installments. While we don’t exclusively use Shop App, it is required for Shopify.

You will be able to choose that payment option on checkout.

Do you offer fast shipping?

We offer fast shipping for $25, to recieve it in 1 business week.

You can select fast shipping after having entered your delivery location or by simply adding the "product" to your cart when checking out. You may even contact us via Instagram to manually have us add it on.

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

4. Returns

Do you accept returns?

In short, No. However, if within 2 days of your order being delivered, there is a hazard with the usage of the case that can’t be self-corrected, you can reach out via Instagram DM to discuss solutions. (You must be in the 2-day window)

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges as each item is handmade and tailored to each order.

Do you offer an ambassador program? How does it work?

We have created an ambassador program for influencers looking for some freebies and who have a good following/engagement to help us expand our brand.
