All sales are final. We do not take refunds, returns, or exchanges. Shipping times may vary!

Orders that are canceled do NOT result in refunds as supplies were already purchased, and sales are final. A refund is only given, in the event that we offer it, otherwise, no refunds!

Orders can take up to 4-6 business weeks, but can be as early as 2 weeks!! We offer Expedited Shipping, even to pre-existing orders. Expedited shipping guarantees your order to be made and shipped in 1 week! ($25)

PLEASE NOTE: Post offices close early on Saturdays & are fully closed on Sundays. Keep this in mind when purchasing!

If your order was shipped but hasn’t arrived yet to you after the 3-5 business days, you have 10 days to contact us (Instagram: @myjunkycase) to find a solution + fill out the “Order not Received” form in our Instagram bio! After which, your order is no longer eligible and you MUST contact your carrier for package location and details.

For orders that are considered a failed delivery and returned to us by USPS, we will post them via Instagram story for 24-48 hours. You have until the end of that timeframe to claim the package or you will forfeit it. Compensation is not given for these unclaimed orders. If claimed, you are responsible for paying to have it re-shipped, please confirm address with us.

Shipments will arrive within 3-5 business days upon being shipped. Please note: Once shipments are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your items. We are also not liable for any mishaps and returns due to incorrect addresses provided, delivery to wrong locations, or missing apartment numbers.
